What you will do

• Create intuitive, user-centric solutions to help people understand and manage their finances.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Service teams across all markets.
• Drive design efforts from exploration to launch, including rapid prototyping and iteration.
• Contribute to and evolve the shared Design System to ensure visual consistency and design quality.
• Adopt a hypothesis-driven approach, grounding work in user feedback, data, and structured thinking.

Requirements

• Proven track record as a product designer in a fast-paced environment, ideally designing B2C products.
• Strong UI craft and a solid understanding of UX design patterns.
• A portfolio demonstrating clear, structured thinking and a user-centered design approach.
• Experience driving design work end-to-end: exploration, prototyping, iteration, delivery, and continuous improvement.
• Ability to quickly explore multiple design directions and use feedback to guide decision-making.
• Strong communication skills to present ideas clearly, manage stakeholders effectively, and tie design decisions to measurable outcomes.
• Experience collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams.
• English: B2 required
