What you will do

• Work in a team to shape features and utilize technologies like Golang, Ruby on Rails, MySQL, Memcached, and Elasticsearch.
• Craft code capable of handling over 2M requests per minute and 12-15 transactions per second.
• Apply Agile and Lean principles in daily work, participating in planning and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with other developers through GitHub pull requests and code reviews.
• Take part in architecture and backend decision-making, impacting the Order domain and hirify.global’s platform.
• Own services end-to-end, from system architecture and design to deployment, observability, and performance tuning using Grafana and Kibana.
• Write unit tests (RSpec) for all code, contributing to a robust testing environment.

Requirements

• Eagerness to learn and master new technologies and concepts.
• Familiarity with Software Engineering, Distributed Systems, Systems Architecture, and Service-Oriented Architecture.
• Understanding of enterprise architecture patterns, (micro)services, and their pros/cons.
• Ability to engage in constructive and healthy conflict while maintaining professionalism.
• English: B2 required.
