TL;DR

Senior/Staff UX Researcher (Product): Crafting insight-driven, intuitive, and efficient experiences for restaurant partners worldwide with an accent on mixed methods research and understanding user needs. Focus on uncovering pain and delight points, unmet needs, and opportunities throughout the user journey.

Location: Hybrid in Berlin, Germany (2 days a week in the office)

What you will do

• Answer challenging user questions and uncover pain points, unmet needs, and opportunities throughout the user journey.
• Plan, run, and analyze multiple research projects independently using diverse mixed methods.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (designers, product managers, analysts) to integrate research into shaping the roadmap.
• Communicate meaningful research insights in practical, innovative, and impactful ways to a variety of audiences.
• Mature the research discipline by partnering with the UX chapter to combine insights across the customer journey and contribute to ongoing process improvements.
• Develop and maintain research operations including scalable frameworks, research repositories, and recruitment processes across regions.

Requirements

• 5-7+ years of proven work experience in UX research, product research, or applied research, showcasing expertise in conducting end-to-end complex research using a diverse mix of methods.
• Proficiency in both qualitative and quantitative research methods.
• Comfortable with basic statistics, adept at incorporating quantitative methods, and utilising longitudinal UXR measures.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to influence cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
• Fluency in English required.

Nice to have

• Fluency in Arabic is a plus.
