TL;DR

Senior Innovation Designer (UI/UX): Designing standout features and exploring new interaction paradigms for emerging platforms with an accent on interactions, motion, and memorable moments. Location: Hybrid work mode, with 2+ days onsite each week in Barcelona, Madrid, or Munich

What you will do

• Design standout features that elevate the core product experience.
• Explore new interaction paradigms for emerging platforms (Vision Pro, Apple Watch, voice AI, etc).
• Lead concept development for features that don't exist yet.
• Partner with engineering to understand what's technically possible and push those boundaries.
• Run rapid experiments to validate (or kill) concepts early.
• Stay plugged into emerging technology, design trends, and platform capabilities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of design experience, with a portfolio that shows genuine innovation.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently on ambiguous, exploratory projects.
• Strong conceptual thinking - you can envision products that don't exist yet.
• Hands-on prototyping skills.
• Technical curiosity - you want to understand how things work, not just how they look.
• Fluent English

Nice to have

• Entrepreneurial mentality - you continuously find new ways to amplify yourself with AI.
• Bachelor’s degree in a creative discipline or human-computer interaction.
