What you will do

• Collaborate with the VFX team to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Manage sequence and shot turnovers to VFX, including all VFX elements and reference plates.
• Generate count sheets, plate line-up information, and translate data into ShotGrid.
• Perform media preparation and format conversions in cooperation with pipeline.
• Cut in VFX works in progress and finals into master sequences, confirming timing and line-ups.
• Maintain database of shot turnover and finals sheets for final conform.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Visual Effects Editor or similar post-production role.
• Proficiency in DaVinci Resolve and Adobe video and photo editing packages.
• Familiarity with Shotgrid, Excel, and other productivity software.
• Strong understanding of the visual effects process and terminology.
• Excellent knowledge of editing techniques, colour grading, and compositing.
• Ability to work collaboratively and meet project deadlines.
