What you will do
- Manage full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing candidates to offer negotiation.
- Oversee comprehensive onboarding and offboarding processes for team members.
- Serve as the primary contact for all HR-related inquiries and support employee relations.
- Ensure compliance with federal and provincial employment laws and maintain HR documentation.
- Assist with bi-weekly payroll processing, employee benefits programs, and workforce planning.
- Participate in HR projects and process improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of progressive HR generalist experience.
- Experience in technology, gaming, or creative industries.
- Strong knowledge of federal and provincial employment legislation.
- Bilingual proficiency (French and English) - written and verbal.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
