Salary: CA$81,000 - CA$102,000/year (base), CA$90,400 - CA$113,000/year (OTE)

What you will do

  • Collaborate with People Systems Analysts to enhance and optimize Workday functionality.
  • Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, propose scalable system solutions, and lead end-to-end implementations.
  • Configure and maintain Workday modules, including Business Processes, calculated fields, condition rules, and security groups.
  • Build and maintain advanced Workday reports and dashboards for data-driven decisions.
  • Monitor and improve existing Business Processes and design new ones to support evolving business needs.
  • Lead key initiatives including system audits, integration reviews, and Workday bi-annual release testing.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in People Systems or HR Operations with 2-3 years of direct Workday configuration experience.
  • Hands-on experience with Workday HCM, Talent, and Absence modules.
  • Expertise in Workday Business Process configuration and report building, including calculated fields and dashboards.
  • Proven ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Experience documenting systems and writing SOPs or user guides.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Workday Time Tracking, Benefits, Advanced Compensation, or Payroll.
  • Familiarity with ticketing tools such as Jira.
  • Experience with other people systems like Greenhouse, CultureAmp, or Lattice.
