What you will do

• Develop scalable, reliable backend services using Go.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs, and optimize database schemas (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with GDPR and PCI-DSS standards.
• Integrate third-party APIs and develop middleware for asynchronous processing.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and conduct performance tuning for high-volume applications.
• Participate in code reviews, document design decisions, and mentor junior developers.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in software development using Go, including concurrency and error handling.
• Experience in FinTech or similar domains.
• Proficiency in designing RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and database interactions (relational and NoSQL).
• In-depth knowledge of security principles, encryption techniques, and compliance standards (GDPR, PCI-DSS).
• Experience with unit, integration, and end-to-end testing, and performance optimization.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Travis CI) and Agile practices.
• English: B2+ required.

Nice to have

• Experience leading backend services development for banking applications.
• Experience designing and implementing microservices architecture using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Hands-on involvement in implementing security measures and encryption techniques for sensitive financial data.
