What you will do
- Collaborate with directors, artists, and designers to achieve visual polish and creative vision.
- Improve, maintain, and add to tools and asset pipelines to enhance efficiency and workflows.
- Develop bespoke shaders and solutions for specific project needs.
- Develop and improve optimizations in art assets and rendering processes.
- Apply expertise in Unity and URP best practices to rendering and optimization across multiple platforms.
- Mentor junior team members and uphold C# coding standards.
Requirements
- Senior level Unity shader knowledge, specifically with URP.
- Senior level C# coding proficiency.
- Advanced understanding of rendering architecture, pitfalls, and bottlenecks.
- Experience working with a team on commercially released games.
- Ability to work remotely within Australia (NSW, QLD, VIC) or from our offices in Sydney/Brisbane/Melbourne.
- Availability to work within +- 3hrs of Sydney timezone.
