What you will do

• Lead manual and automated testing efforts across diverse projects.
• Provide technical guidance to QA engineers in test design, execution, and defect analysis.
• Develop and maintain automated test frameworks integrated with CI/CD pipelines.
• Perform exploratory, regression, usability, and acceptance testing.
• Collaborate with development, product, and DevOps teams to ensure test coverage and release readiness.
• Track and report quality metrics, coverage, and defect trends.

Requirements

• Strong experience in manual and automated software testing.
• Proven ability to guide and support QA engineers technically.
• Expertise in automation tools (e.g., Playwright, Selenium, Cypress).
• Skilled in scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, TypeScript).
• Experience with CI/CD systems and version control (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Git).
• Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Nice to have

• Experience with cloud platforms and containerized environments (e.g., AWS, Docker, Kubernetes).
• ISTQB or equivalent certification.
• Familiarity with observability tools (e.g., Grafana, Prometheus, New Relic).
