What you will do

• Provide the best technical solution and configure the product based on customer requirements.
• Guide integrating parties on best practices.
• Conduct technical workshops, troubleshoot, and test when issues arise.
• Give customers the smoothest onboarding experience possible.
• Help existing customers use the full potential of the system by continuously improving set-ups.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of work experience in consultancy, Implementation Engineering, or Application Specialization since graduation.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Good understanding of Integrations, REST APIs, and data migrations.
• Troubleshooting skills and customer support experience.
• Ability to manage several projects simultaneously.
• English: B2 required.

Nice to have

• Experience in a SaaS context.
• Experience within the Retail industry.
• Experience working with international customers.
