Engineering Manager (Trade Service Integration & Development): Responsible for the end-to-end integration and operation of trade-related services across multiple internal teams and external vendors, ensuring infrastructure and application support services function as one cohesive ecosystem. Focus on trade planning, business continuity, and operational excellence while driving technical improvements and modernisation.
Location: Hybrid working model with flexibility and autonomy. May work abroad (within approved countries) up to 3 weeks/year, max 2 consecutively.
Salary: €95.000 - €140.000

What you will do
- Own the SIAM operating model for Trade, including cross-provider SLAs, OLAs, runbooks, handovers, and escalation paths.
- Coordinate internal teams and external providers under a single, clear governance model, ensuring services across infrastructure and application management operate as one integrated landscape.
- Lead Incident, Major Incident, Problem, and Change processes in line with ITIL practices.
- Maintain ServiceNow as the system of record for Incident, Problem, Change, and CMDB.
- Manage and govern external providers delivering Trade services, translating business outcomes into measurable service targets and negotiating improvements.
- Align with Product Management on OKRs, feasibility, and capacity planning.
Requirements
- 8–10+ years of experience in IT operations or service delivery within complex, multi-vendor environments.
- Proven leadership in SIAM-based models.
- Strong experience in trade, financial systems, or other mission-critical domains is an advantage.
- Vendor governance, contract management, and SLA/OLA management skills.
- Leadership of Incident, Problem, and Change processes.
- ITIL 4 certification (Managing Professional preferred).
