What you will do

• Shape a new product from the ground up, covering strategy, vision, and execution.
• Design AI-native experiences that are intuitive, not gimmicky.
• Define new interaction patterns for emerging AI capabilities.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to rapidly prototype, test, and iterate.
• Run discovery and validation with real users to find product-market fit.
• Stay current on AI developments and share insights with the team.

Requirements

• At least 5 years experience working as a product designer, ideally in a SaaS or tech environment.
• Proven experience designing AI-powered products or features.
• A portfolio demonstrating your thinking, especially for novel, ambiguous problems.
• Demonstrated use of AI tools throughout your design workflow.
• Strong interaction design skills, particularly for conversational, generative, or adaptive interfaces.
• Experience with zero-to-one product work or early-stage ventures.

Nice to have

• Experience designing for research, productivity, or B2B SaaS tools.
