Location: Hybrid, 3 days per week onsite in San Diego, California
Salary: $120,000–$162,000 USD (Southern California)

What you will do
- Own paid search strategy and day-to-day execution across Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and Search Ads 360, aligned to acquisition, conversion, and revenue goals.
- Optimize KPIs to maximize ROI while managing seven-figure monthly budgets and pacing within constraints.
- Monitor competitive and auction dynamics, leveraging third-party tools to protect and grow branded and non-branded presence on the SERP.
- Ensure campaigns leverage modern platform best practices including Smart Bidding, RSAs, audience signals, personalization, and keyword expansion.
- Lead the testing roadmap for ad copy and landing page experiences, partnering with Creative and Product teams to maximize conversion rates.
- Develop annual and quarterly budget recommendations, incorporating market growth projections and new product launches.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; preferred fields include Business, Marketing, Statistics, or Mathematics.
- 4–5 years of hands-on digital marketing experience with strong emphasis on SEM/PPC.
- Deep expertise in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Search Ads 360; Google Ads certifications preferred.
- Proven experience driving measurable business results through performance marketing.
- Experience with analytics and reporting tools such as GA4 and Adobe Analytics.
- Strong analytical, budget management, problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills.
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
