Go-To-Market Engineer (SaaS): Designing, deploying, and optimizing Apollo product usage to build AI-native inbound & outbound engines that generate pipeline at scale and grow customer’s businesses with an accent on AI-generated messaging and campaign architecture. Focus on leveraging the Apollo Platform effectively for the customer’s JTBD (Jobs to be Done), including signal-based ICP logic and advanced prompting.

What you will do
- Design and execute adoption and expansion plays across the post-sale journey, leveraging AI, product telemetry, and signal-based triggers.
- Own key growth outcomes — including GRR, NRR in the form of credit consumption uplift, as well as seat expansion.
- Deliver playbook-driven interventions that drive measurable impact.
- Partner with clients to refine their GTM strategies and align them with pipeline and revenue objectives.
- Stay ahead of GTM tech trends, continuously refining our stack to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Sales Ops, RevOps, Growth, Account Management, or Sales Development leadership.
- Experience with CRMs, sales automation tools, and AI platforms.
- Ability to turn complex data sets into clear, actionable strategies.
- Customer obsessed with building lasting client relationships.
