What you will do

• Support GTM strategy development and execution in partnership with Business Operations, GTM leadership, and Finance.
• Develop high-quality ELT and Board materials, including strategic narratives, operating reviews, and performance updates.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, GTM Ops, IT, and Finance.
• Establish program governance, milestones, success metrics, and risk management.
• Partner with GTM Ops and Finance to define, track, and operationalize KPIs tied to growth, efficiency, and customer outcomes.
• Champion the application of AI to improve GTM workflows, insights, and execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, business operations, or high-growth SaaS.
• Strong preference for experience in GTM Strategy, Business Operations, Revenue/GTM Ops, or Corporate Planning.
• Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace, Excel/Sheets, and PowerPoint/Slides.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to structure ambiguity.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time, permanent basis without requiring new or initial employer-sponsored work authorization.
