Location: Sydney, Australia. This role has a location-based hybrid policy, requiring staff to be in one of hirify.global's offices at least 25% of the time. Visa sponsorship is available.

What you will do

• Provide expert financial guidance, recommendations, and influence to go-to-market stakeholders.
• Partner cross-functionally to drive analysis, build financial models, and recommend business decisions across revenue goals and sales capacity.
• Prepare and deliver clear, concise, and insightful financial reports, analyses, and forecasts to stakeholders and executives.
• Collaborate with other members of strategic finance, FP&A, and accounting to align go-to-market strategies.
• Establish and implement reporting dashboards and scorecards to track key operational and financial metrics.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience across strategic finance, go-to-market finance, private equity, growth equity, venture capital, consulting, and investment banking.
• Exceptional analytical skills with an ability to synthesize data into compelling insights and develop/maintain complex financial operating models.
• Extraordinary problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to navigate complex financial challenges.
• Comfort working cross-functionally and adept at communicating complex financial information to non-finance audiences.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• GTM Finance Business Partnership experience.
• Experience with consumption-based and/or complex business models.
• High knowledge of and interest in effective go-to-market strategies, including deal-desk management.
• Background in AI, ML, or related technologies.
