What you will do

• Work closely with the CTO on tech and team strategy.
• Manage, mentor, and inspire a team of software and hardware engineers.
• Drive architecture, design, and technical decisions, ensuring code quality and development best practices.
• Oversee project planning, estimation, and execution to meet deadlines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, QA, Design, and DevOps.
• Act as a technical liaison between engineering, product, and business stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proven track record in senior engineering leadership roles, managing multiple teams.
• Strong experience in people management, including setting goals, performance reviews, and mentorship.
• Strong practical experience with JavaScript and its ecosystem, including TypeScript, ReactJs, Redux, and Node.js, as well as understanding Postgresql, Redis, Kafka, Python, and C++.
• Extensive technical background, including experience with high-load architectures and big data systems.
• Deep understanding of software architecture principles and ability to resolve architectural challenges.
• Experience establishing and optimizing SDLC processes to drive engineering efficiency.

Nice to have

• Experience in the iGaming or Casino industry.
• Familiarity with cloud-based architectures and microservices.
