What you will do

• Define and execute Colombia’s operational strategy to support rapid growth, profitability, and market expansion.
• Lead, develop, and scale high-performing operational teams across multiple functions (Tele-sales, Ambassadors, Collections, Ops Support).
• Oversee revenue-adjacent operations including tele-sales and field ambassador programs, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and conversion optimization.
• Establish and monitor operational KPIs, dashboards, and performance reviews.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Operations leadership roles, ideally within fintech, financial services, marketplaces, or high-growth tech companies in LATAM.
• Proven experience scaling complex, multi-layered operations in fast-paced environments.
• Strong background managing revenue-impacting teams (sales operations, field teams, collections, or similar).
• Demonstrated ability to lead large, diverse teams and senior leaders.
• Conversational English and Spanish.
