What you will do

• Lead client media planning and help build omnichannel media capabilities.
• Develop and execute impactful omnichannel media campaigns, including channel strategy, tactical recommendations, and RFP management.
• Support clients as the Media Planning Subject Matter Expert, understanding their business, brands, and competitive landscape.
• Plan, direct, and project manage omnichannel media programs, ensuring execution quality and budget compliance.
• Help improve the quality of digital media service offerings by monitoring trends and creating new opportunities.
• Act as a role model for clients, partners, and colleagues, providing leadership and feedback.

Requirements

• College degree, preferably in marketing, advertising, communications, science, or medicine.
• 5+ years of Agency or comparable experience, with some management experience preferred.
• 4+ years of digital media planning experience.
• Highly organized with great attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, tight deadlines, and work well under pressure.
