Salary: $220,000–$280,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Serve as the primary technical subject matter expert post-sale for a portfolio of customers, designing and deploying GenAI solutions.
• Engage with senior stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and validate high-value GenAI applications.
• Accelerate customer time to value by providing architectural guidance, building prototypes, and advising on best practices for scaling solutions.
• Maintain strong relationships with leadership and technical teams to drive adoption and successful outcomes.
• Contribute to open-source resources and technical documentation to scale best practices.
• Codify knowledge and operationalize technical success practices for the Solutions Architecture team.

Requirements

• Work format: Hybrid in Seattle, USA (3 days/week in office).
• Relocation: Relocation assistance is available to Seattle, USA.
• English: B2 required.
• 5+ years of technical consulting, post-sales engineering, or solutions architecture experience working directly with customers.
• Hands-on proficiency in languages like Python or JavaScript, comfortable building prototypes.
• Experience leading complex deployments of Generative AI or traditional machine learning systems, including infrastructure and network architecture.
• Strong communication skills to explain technical and business concepts to diverse audiences.
