Customer Payments Graduate (Fintech)

TL;DR

Customer Payments Graduate (Fintech): Reconciliation of client funds and outbound payments received across hirify.global’s network of bank accounts, across all back office systems, in accordance with internal processes with an accent on investigation of unallocated and/or non-received funds. Focus on management of payment issues and queries relating to SWIFT and domestic payments, including processing of SWIFT query messages.

Location: 4 days in the office, 1 day working from home per week. hirify.global Malaga Office

What you will do

• Reconciliation of client funds and outbound payments.
• Investigation of unallocated and/or non-received funds.
• Funding client trades where manual funding is required.
• Verification of remitter bank account data.
• Instruction and verification of client payments.
• Management of payment issues and queries relating to SWIFT and domestic payments.

Requirements

• University degree.
• Working knowledge of desktop based office software such as MS office- Excel, Word, Outlook and other applications.
• Proactive, with the ability to work within strict time-frames and under pressure.
• Diligent, with good attention to detail.
• Good communication skills as well as a good level of English, both written and verbal.
