What you will do

• Set the enterprise pricing strategy across catalog, retail categories, and emerging businesses.
• Lead a multi-disciplinary pricing organization, including Pricing Operations, Analytics, Data Science, and Product Management.
• Ensure hirify.global’s prices are competitive, accurate, and predictable, balancing customer trust with long-term business health.
• Drive experimentation and innovation, including elasticity modeling, ML frameworks, causal inference, generative AI applications, and dynamic pricing capabilities.
• Communicate pricing strategy and performance to senior leadership with clarity and sound judgment.
• Build and develop high-performing teams, fostering a culture of curiosity, ownership, and operational excellence.

Requirements

• MBA or MS in Economics, Mathematics, Finance, Data Science, or a related field.
• 15+ years of progressive professional experience.
• 5+ years in retail or e-commerce pricing.
• 5+ years managing large, multi-level teams.
• Deep experience with dynamic pricing, experimentation, causal modeling, and machine learning.
• Strong executive communication skills, with the ability to simplify complexity.
