What you will do

• Lead design initiatives from discovery to delivery, shaping the future of hirify.global’s platform.
• Partner with Product Management and Engineering to define problems, success metrics, and impact.
• Champion user needs and facilitate continuous discovery through research, testing, and data.
• Translate insights into flows, wireframes, and prototypes for complex systems.
• Elevate product craft and coherence through the design system and shared principles.
• Contribute to a strong feedback culture, sharing learnings across teams.

Requirements

• More than 4 years of experience in a Product Design role within a product-focused environment.
• Significant experience in Lean UX and Agile methodologies.
• Strong enjoyment of the discovery process, turning qualitative data into actionable opportunities.
• Proficiency in UX, actively following trends and trying new products.
• Data-driven approach, extracting actionable insights from product metrics to contribute to OKRs.
• Passion for simplifying complex systems into digestible ones.
• Ability to communicate ideas effectively and chase for alignment.
• Fluent in English.
• Requires eligibility to work in Spain.

• A technical, business, or analytical background.
