What you will do

• Own hiring for a major function across multiple managers or regions.
• Influence, communicate, and partner effectively with senior clients as a subject matter expert.
• Demonstrate deep market knowledge and proactively communicate with hiring managers about candidate pools.
• Engage passive candidates leveraging a strong understanding of hirify.global's market position and growth potential.
• Establish work priorities and timelines, creating consistent proactive reporting for stakeholders.
• Manage personal metrics and accurately forecast hiring goals, using ATS for compliance.

Requirements

• Proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a senior or lead role.
• Strong market knowledge and ability to articulate business opportunities to candidates.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience in mentoring and training team members.
• Ability to work independently, setting work priorities and timelines.
• Proficiency in using ATS and other recruitment tools.
• Demonstrated ability to innovate and improve recruitment processes.
• Must be based in either Ireland or the UK.
• English: B2 required.
