What you will do

• Review and refine functional and non-functional requirements prepared by external institutions.
• Prepare and coordinate the specification of business needs.
• Create and support the preparation of technical tasks for developers.
• Coordinate and assist in coordinating change implementation and development processes.
• Prepare and assist in developing testing plans and test scenarios for system changes.
• Align testing plans and scenarios with business stakeholders.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of proven experience as an IT System/Business Analyst.
• Working knowledge of test methodologies, processes, and tools (Agile, JIRA).
• Effective analytical abilities, proactive mindset, and a heightened sense of urgency.
• Skilled in Excel, well-versed in accounting functions, and proficient in data analysis techniques related to accounting.
• Financial industry knowledge.
• Fluency in Lithuanian (both spoken and written) is required.
