Product Manager (Fintech): Leading a product team to optimize and expand clearing services for hirify.global's self-clearing broker dealer with an accent on post-trade services, settlement, and trade reporting. Focus on establishing product vision, delivering scalable solutions, and shipping high-impact features to improve customer experience.

Location: Hybrid in Menlo Park, CA, New York, NY, or Chicago, IL, with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week.

Requirements

• 4+ years of direct product management experience building high-quality platform products.
• 5+ years of experience in brokerage, market-making, or institutional trading.
• Familiarity using research, experimentation, and product analytics.
• Ability to focus on a problem while thoughtfully considering overarching company strategy.
• Passion for financial products and improving people’s financial lives.
• Bachelor’s or Master's degree, or equivalent practical experience.
