What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, developing strong relationships and providing strategic advice.
• Design and execute innovative influencer marketing campaigns tailored to client objectives, leveraging knowledge of local Middle East culture.
• Lead, mentor, and train junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
• Drive commercial success by identifying new business opportunities and monitoring campaign performance.
• Anticipate client needs and proactively propose solutions, ensuring clear and timely communication.
• Adapt campaigns to reflect local cultural nuances and maintain relationships with regional influencers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Influencer marketing and account management.
• Extensive experience in GCC and wider MENA regions, managing and developing global accounts, and leading teams across diverse markets.
• Demonstrated expertise in content creation and understanding of influencer trends.
• Ability to multitask, manage multiple projects, and work independently or in a team.
