What you will do

• Design, execute, and automate comprehensive test plans and test cases.
• Ensure products meet required quality standards and implement quality control processes.
• Define and maintain quality standards for processes and products.
• Manage quality assurance systems and procedures to support continuous improvement.
• Collect and analyze testing data, reporting findings to relevant stakeholders.
• Work closely with development teams to understand requirements and integrate quality objectives.
• Continuously seek opportunities to improve testing tools, methodologies, and processes.

Requirements

• Proficiency in various functional testing types (unit, integration, system, acceptance, regression, UAT).
• Proficiency in non-functional testing types (performance testing, OAT).
• Knowledge of programming languages, software development processes, and automation tools/frameworks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with developers, project managers, and stakeholders.
• Experience in documenting test cases, test plans, and defects.
