What you will do

• Prepare and maintain accurate offers and contracts, ensuring compliance with local legislation.
• Respond to and resolve employee and internal department requests via a ticketing system.
• Manage and track staff movements related to global mobility, collaborating with People Partnering.
• Ensure accurate recording and maintenance of all employee data changes and absences in the HR system.
• Conduct regular documentation audits to ensure full compliance with local practices and legislation.
• Support background screening mitigation and respond to requests from local authorities and audits.

Requirements

• 1 year of experience in Human Resources with advisory or administrative expertise.
• Highly responsive, organized, and results-oriented with proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication, written, and interpersonal skills in English.
• Flexible, resourceful, and adaptable to changing priorities.
• Ability to work effectively on own initiative and as a strong team player.
• Ability to influence senior management and gain credibility quickly.
