What you will do

• Own and optimize core HR processes including onboarding, offboarding, compensation, benefits, and leave management.
• Manage and improve HRIS for data accuracy, reporting, and compliance with labor regulations.
• Implement process improvements to enhance HR efficiency and ensure an employee-centric function.
• Act as the primary resource for HR operations policies and procedures, supporting managers and employees.
• Provide data insights and dashboards on key HR metrics such as headcount, attrition, and compensation to leadership.
• Develop and maintain HR policies and SOPs aligned with business goals and local legal requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in HR operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Strong understanding of employment law, payroll, benefits, and compliance in Spain.
• Experience implementing or managing an HRIS platform.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• English: B2 required.
