• Explore innovative sourcing methods by tapping into global and Dutch talent pools.
• Act as a trusted advisor to leadership, providing market insights and data-driven recommendations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, ideally within technical or engineering environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience recruiting in international markets.
• Fluency in English is essential.
