What you will do

• Oversee the game development process, ensuring projects stay on track with timelines and budget constraints.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in game production, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing AAA game projects.
• Creative, pragmatic, and able to find the best solutions to overcome obstacles and ensure project development.
• Good organizational and analytical skills to deliver quality projects within tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in project management software and tools.
