Location: Hybrid in Finland. Work is flexibly remote from hirify.global offices or client locations, with at least 50% office presence required. Current team members are in Espoo, Oulu, and Turku, and new experts are welcome from all around Finland.

What you will do
- Independently conduct and lead client engagements on IT management topics, including interim CIO/IT manager roles and project leadership.
- Actively participate in client development and support sales activities.
- Develop hirify.global's CIO services using your expertise.
Requirements
- 10+ years of hands-on experience and a proven track record in IT leadership and management roles, preferably CIO/IT manager.
- Up-to-date knowledge of the modern technology landscape and how to build successful IT solutions and operations.
- Ability to independently conduct customer projects successfully, encompassing both hands-on work and strategic thinking.
- Experience implementing ERP and/or modern data solutions.
- Solid understanding of cybersecurity.
- Working proficiency in Finnish and English is required.
