What you will do

• Build and maintain tooling for automated testing to ensure system reliability at scale.
• Develop and maintain distributed systems for testing hirify.global's global platform.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to understand system behaviors and deliver testing solutions.
• Support public-facing synthetic and load testing products for enterprise customers.
• Drive continued improvements in the software development testing processes.

Requirements

• Strong programming background with a deep understanding of distributed systems.
• Programming experience with Go or Rust.
• Experience designing, implementing, and maintaining secure and highly-available distributed systems.
• Ability to develop, document, and execute test and SLO plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Good communication skills to provide clear and concise feedback to engineering and product teams.
• Experience with measuring uptime metrics like correctness, availability & latency SLOs/SLIs.

Nice to have

• Experience working with synthetic traffic & load testing tools.
• Experience working with Clickhouse, GraphQL, Postgres.
• Experience working with data pipelines with a focus on reliability and scale.
