What you will do
- Develop and execute comprehensive Federal sales and marketing strategies.
- Navigate Federal sales cycles, partner networks, and procurement processes.
- Identify and cultivate new sales opportunities across Federal agencies.
- Build and maintain relationships with Federal stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Recruit, manage, and develop a high-performing Federal sales team.
- Scale pipelines and align operational plans with company objectives.
Requirements
- Must have at least 10 years of Federal software sales experience with 4+ years in leadership roles.
- Extensive network within Federal agencies and deep understanding of Federal infrastructure and procurement.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building scalable sales operations.
- Strong prospecting, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to conduct product demos and communicate technical solutions effectively.
- Highly motivated and results-driven leadership mindset.
