What you will do

  • Develop and execute comprehensive Federal sales and marketing strategies.
  • Navigate Federal sales cycles, partner networks, and procurement processes.
  • Identify and cultivate new sales opportunities across Federal agencies.
  • Build and maintain relationships with Federal stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Recruit, manage, and develop a high-performing Federal sales team.
  • Scale pipelines and align operational plans with company objectives.

Requirements

  • Must have at least 10 years of Federal software sales experience with 4+ years in leadership roles.
  • Extensive network within Federal agencies and deep understanding of Federal infrastructure and procurement.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building scalable sales operations.
  • Strong prospecting, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to conduct product demos and communicate technical solutions effectively.
  • Highly motivated and results-driven leadership mindset.
