What you will do

• Own the end-to-end design vision for all Voice products, ensuring coherence and quality.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Research to influence roadmap and prioritization.
• Lead by example through hands-on design work on complex, high-impact problems, designing for real-time, multi-speaker, multi-device scenarios.
• Mentor and coach other designers, raising the bar for design critique and thinking.
• Contribute to evolving hirify.global’s overall design standards and advocate for design-led product development.

Requirements

• Extensive experience as a **senior or staff-level product designer** in B2B and/or complex consumer products.
• Proven ownership of large, multi-surface product areas or portfolios, influencing product strategy through design.
• Exceptional interaction design and UX judgment, with a strong ability to design systems.
• Comfortable working with senior product, engineering, and research leaders.
• **Ability to work in a hybrid model, attending the Berlin office twice a week.**
