Location: Hybrid work model, must be based in the US (California, Oregon, or Arizona)

Salary: $242,740.00–$342,700.00 USD (annual)

What you will do

  • Deliver and optimize pricing strategies to enhance financial performance and manage customer incentives.
  • Forecast revenue, ASP, and volume commitments, partnering with sales teams.
  • Optimize supply allocation across customers and regions.
  • Lead initiatives to standardize processes, tools, and improve operational efficiency.
  • Develop data analysis models and reporting structures for decision-making.
  • Oversee creation and distribution of weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) with 12+ years in business operations (pricing, supply, market forecast).
  • Proven ability to lead teams, drive results, and manage performance effectively.
  • Strong knowledge of hirify.global's business context, industry trends, and sales operations processes.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • Must be eligible to work in the US, based in California, Oregon, or Arizona.
