What you will do

• Contribute to core patient care workflows, building robust and scalable systems tailored for the UK market.
• Execute data-informed experiments to improve the UK market’s conversion funnel.
• Extend the core platform to better serve UK-specific customer journeys.
• Deliver polished, seamless front-end experiences across key touchpoints.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Australian product teams and non-technical teams.
• Develop patient segmentation models and transform onboarding systems for expanded reach.

Requirements

• Must work from the Old Street office in London, UK, 3 days a week.
• Around 4+ years of professional experience in engineering roles.
• Proficiency with React, TypeScript, Node.js, and GraphQL.
• Experience working in iterative, data-driven teams.
• Familiarity with digital product funnels and user journeys.
• Ability to break down projects, estimate timelines, and deliver high-quality work.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, including explaining technical concepts to non-technical colleagues.

• Exposure to Go.
• Familiarity with data visualisation tools like Metabase or Tableau.
