What you will do
- Contribute to core patient care workflows, building robust and scalable systems tailored for the UK market.
- Execute data-informed experiments to improve the UK market’s conversion funnel.
- Extend the core platform to better serve UK-specific customer journeys.
- Deliver polished, seamless front-end experiences across key touchpoints.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Australian product teams and non-technical teams.
- Develop patient segmentation models and transform onboarding systems for expanded reach.
Requirements
- Must work from the Old Street office in London, UK, 3 days a week.
- Around 4+ years of professional experience in engineering roles.
- Proficiency with React, TypeScript, Node.js, and GraphQL.
- Experience working in iterative, data-driven teams.
- Familiarity with digital product funnels and user journeys.
- Ability to break down projects, estimate timelines, and deliver high-quality work.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, including explaining technical concepts to non-technical colleagues.
Nice to have
- Exposure to Go.
- Familiarity with data visualisation tools like Metabase or Tableau.
- Experience in growth-focused roles at startups.
