What you will do

• Design and direct visual execution of creative concepts across Sphere’s entire portfolio.
• Spearhead projects, leading and directing design and animation teams.
• Contribute to the research, visual development, and delivery of creative pitches and proposals.
• Collaborate with the Creative Director to respond to client feedback and steward creative excellence.
• Partner with the production team to ensure concepts are delivered within budget and timescale.
• Nurture junior and upcoming talent by teaching, building, and inspiring them.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Design and Art Direction experience in a creative studio or agency.
• Demonstrated creative and design excellence with career progression.
• Proven track record of working in experiential activations at scale.
• Advanced proficiency in relevant design software (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere).
• Proven ability in Design and Art Direction, written communication, and presentation.
• Articulate and charismatic speaker who can lead discussions.

Nice to have

• Experiential design and deep knowledge of emerging tech and/or real-time content.
• Unreal Engine knowledge.
