What you will do

• Analyze and optimize memory and performance in systems that must scale from high-end to mobile.
• Ensure technical approaches for features satisfy programming requirements.
• Propose and develop system changes to support reliability and integrate them with game teams.
• Build tools to automate and validate performance in critical systems.
• Act as a primary communication hub for guidance across disciplines.

Requirements

• Experience developing games professionally and shipping AAA titles.
• Strong C++ skills and ability to code and create game systems and tools.
• A keen analytical mind with strong problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with scripting systems like Blueprint, Lua, or Python.
• Performance profiling and optimization experience.

Nice to have

• Console experience.

• Experience working on a live service game.
