TL;DR

Senior Client Relations Administrator (Fintech): Supporting hirify.global’s Proxy Voting and Disclosure products, serving as a client and product liaison to ensure seamless delivery and operational stability for institutional stewardship clients. Focus on building trusted partnerships, coordinating with internal teams, and driving continuous improvement in service delivery.

Location: This is a hybrid position in Edgewood, New York, requiring 2 days per week in the office, with flexibility to work remotely the rest of the week. Must be based in the US with US work authorization.

Salary: $32.00–$35.00 hourly

What you will do

  • Serve as the day-to-day contact for assigned clients, fostering trusted partnerships and ensuring a high-quality client experience.
  • Act as the primary liaison between clients, internal teams (Product, Operations, Technology, Compliance), and external partners.
  • Proactively manage client expectations, address inquiries, and resolve escalations with professionalism and urgency.
  • Oversee daily and cyclical workflows related to servicing, including data validation, reporting, and production deployment coordination.
  • Track and manage issues or data anomalies, ensuring timely resolution and transparent client communication.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to streamline workflows and identify opportunities to enhance client solutions and operational processes.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in client relationship management, proxy governance, stewardship, or institutional account servicing.
  • Familiarity with shareholder voting, proxy operations, or financial market operations, including filings with the SEC.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); advanced Excel skills preferred.
