What you will do

  • Source and attract high-calibre talent for hirify.global's Operations Division.
  • Partner with hiring managers to develop sourcing strategies and manage the hiring journey.
  • Develop and maintain diverse talent pipelines aligned with business needs.
  • Implement innovative sourcing solutions and social media campaigns.
  • Collaborate with central sourcing teams and provide market intelligence.
  • Ensure data integrity and accurate reporting of recruiting metrics on Workday.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience as a proactive talent acquisition specialist.
  • Demonstrable track record of direct sourcing using ATS platforms (e.g., Beamery) and external sources (e.g., LinkedIn).
  • Strong business acumen and a commercial, pragmatic approach.
  • Ability to build internal and external partnerships based on trust and insightful advice.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills across various organizational levels.
  • Ability to influence, negotiate, and collaborate within a matrixed organization.
