What you will do

  • Manage end-to-end HR operations, including employee lifecycle management and offboarding.
  • Ensure HR policies, procedures, and contracts comply with local labor regulations.
  • Act as the main point of contact for employee relations matters, performance management, and disciplinary processes.
  • Support payroll coordination, benefits administration, and HR documentation accuracy.
  • Collaborate with management on workforce planning, organizational development, and HR initiatives.
  • Maintain and improve HR systems, records, and reporting.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4–6 years of experience in HR, with exposure to both operational and strategic HR functions.
  • Strong knowledge of labor law, HR best practices, and employee relations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently.
