What you will do

• Oversee both front and back-end development teams and their deliverables.
• Monitor and improve reliability and performance of internal processes.
• Ensure compliance with security regulations.
• Effectively manage software development teams by setting goals, timelines, and objectives.
• Develop strategies for future projects based on company objectives.
• Hire and coordinate onboarding of new engineers.

Requirements

• Experience managing globally dispersed engineering and QA teams at scale.
• Experience with cloud-based platforms (AWS/Azure).
• Experience refactoring legacy code bases.
• Proficiency in Agile and modern software development methodologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
