Principal Full-Stack Engineer (Node.js, React/Vue)

What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering excellence, collaboration, and innovation.
• Drive architectural decisions, coding standards, and best practices across the stack.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to define and deliver technical solutions.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications on both the front-end and back-end.
• Architect and implement complex systems to ensure scalability, reliability, and security.
• Take end-to-end ownership of features and projects, from concept to deployment and beyond.

Requirements

• Strong experience with modern frontend frameworks such as VueJS, SolidJS, ReactJS, or AngularJS, with a focus on TypeScript and JavaScript.
• Advanced proficiency in Node.js with Express for building APIs and server-side applications, along with familiarity with MongoDB.
• Hands-on experience designing scalable and distributed systems, leveraging Docker, Terraform, and AWS Cloud.
• Proficient in working within a Monorepo setup (e.g., Rushstack) and GitLab.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in agile teams and collaborate across remote settings.
