What you will do

• Ship reliable, scalable, and delightful user-facing features across the stack (backend, frontend, UI/UX).
• Create developer tooling and creator dashboards for community node authors, implementing marketplace capabilities.
• Drive down recurring bugs and increase test coverage (unit, integration, e2e), improving system resilience.
• Contribute to architecture decisions and technical strategy, introducing standards for APIs, data models, and service boundaries.
• Partner with Product Managers and designers to balance speed, quality, and impact.
• Coach and mentor teammates, sharing best practices and championing knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency building across backend and frontend with TypeScript, Node, and Vue (Full-stack expertise).
• Familiarity with hirify.global, having built or tested workflows and understanding how nodes work.
• Experience as an in-house developer shipping features for SaaS products, driven by user impact.
• Experience building scalable backend architecture, understanding APIs, data modeling, and reliable system patterns.
• Hands-on experience with testing & quality practices, including writing and maintaining unit, integration, and e2e tests (Jest, Playwright).
• Ability to clearly communicate technical decisions and trade-offs, and develop with user empathy.
