What you will do

• Design and implement tools to improve system availability, latency, scalability, and health.
• Define SLIs/SLOs, manage error budgets, and drive performance engineering efforts.
• Build and maintain automated monitoring, alerting, and remediation pipelines.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to improve reliability by design and contribute to infrastructure architecture.
• Lead incident response, root cause analysis, and blameless postmortems.
• Champion observability across all services and advocate for SRE best practices.

Requirements

• 7–12 years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or Production Engineering roles.
• Coding proficiency and in-depth Linux expertise for system administration and troubleshooting.
• Practical experience with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration.
• Design, implement, and maintain Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery pipelines.
• Proficient in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools and automating infrastructure provisioning and management.
• Deep knowledge and practical experience with various Disaster Recovery (DR) and High Availability (HA) strategies, and System Design for distributed systems.
