Salary: $153,120–$195,780 USD annually

What you will do

• Design and implement full-stack features for hirify.global Ads Manager using React/TypeScript frontend and Go/C# backend.
• Build immersive 3D brand ad units ensuring performant delivery within games.
• Develop tools and dashboards for game creators to manage ad inventory and track revenue.
• Maintain system reliability through testing, code reviews, and monitoring production services.
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to deliver polished user experiences.
• Integrate AI-powered capabilities into advertising workflows and campaign recommendations.

Requirements

• Location: Must be able to work onsite in San Mateo, CA, United States
• 1-3 years of software engineering experience with production code delivery.
• Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (Go, C#, Java, Python, or C++).
• Interest or experience in full-stack development including React and backend services.
• Strong problem-solving skills and understanding of computer science fundamentals.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or related field.

Nice to have

• Experience with 3D engines, distributed systems, or ad-tech concepts.
