What you will do

  • Be a key technical leader, rapidly iterating and deploying product changes.
  • Support the team by breaking down complex engineering problems and advocating for best practices.
  • Maintain efficiency, focusing on outcomes and empowering data-driven decisions.
  • Collaborate across disciplines to plan and deliver product enhancements.
  • Champion Agile practices and actively participate in Scrum ceremonies.

Requirements

  • Strong technical proficiency in full-stack engineering and cloud-based systems/services.
  • Experience with TDD and CI/CD.
  • Technical coaching experience, translating requirements and guiding engineers.
  • A collaborative, team-first mindset.
  • Mentor mentality, helping fellow engineers hone their skills.

Nice to have

  • Professional background in TypeScript, React, GraphQL, C#, MongoDB, and AWS.
  • Sports industry knowledge (American football, basketball, ice hockey, soccer).
  • Familiarity with hybrid or remote teams.
